Lino DeMarchi is a Property Manager and licensed Real Estate Broker based in Vancouver, with over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Beginning his career at the age of 23, Lino has built a strong foundation driven by a long-standing passion for real estate.
In 2021, he founded BC Property Management, specializing in the management of a diverse range of real estate assets. His expertise spans residential properties—including single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes—as well as commercial assets such as multifamily buildings, industrial properties, retail spaces, and office properties.

Through nearly two decades of managing and negotiating transactions, Lino has developed a comprehensive understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and value optimization. He is dedicated to maximizing rental income while maintaining cost efficiency, delivering reliable and results-driven property management solutions for his clients.

Dennis Goj PREC* is a Licensed Property Manager and Realtor based out of Surrey BC. Dennis has been in Real Estate for over 20 years, starting out in 2003 by buying, holding, fixing and flipping rental properties.
After a decade of renovations and over a dozen personal real estate transactions, Dennis became licensed in Real Estate Trading, and shortly after became dually licensed as a Property Manager. While still practicing trading services Dennis now focuses mainly on Residential Rental Property Management.
With an extensive background in Investing in Rental Properties and Renovations, Dennis’s experience gives him the tools and resources to be one of the most efficient when dealing with Tenancy disputes, Property Repairs, and any other day to day management issues that arise in Rental Management.
